Payment Terms

Please read these Payment Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging with JustNovate Technologies. By utilizing our services, you agree to adhere to the following payment terms:

Payment for Projects Under $2,500:

  • Full payment is due upon project commencement.

Payment for Projects Ranging from $3,000 to $7,000:

  • A minimum deposit of 50% of the project cost is required to secure your booking.
  • The cost of purchasing any third-party components or images is payable at the project commencement. Alternatively, clients may provide these assets independently no later than 7 days before the project’s start.
  • The remaining balance is payable within 7 days of project completion as per the original quotation. Cleared payment must be received before project handover or going live.
  • Any additional work instructed after the development has started must be paid in full upon instruction.

Payment for Projects Over $7,000:

  • A minimum deposit of 50% of the design and development project cost, in addition to the total amount of software license fees, hosting, and training, is required upon project commencement.
  • An additional 25% is payable when the screenshots have been produced and the design concept is approved or used.
  • The balance is payable within 7 days of project completion as per the original quotation, and cleared payment must be received before project handover or going live.
  • Any additional work instructed after development commencement is payable in full upon instruction.

Payment for Modification of Projects (as a Sole Project):

  • A minimum deposit of 50% is payable upon instruction.
  • The balance is payable upon project completion and before the component is handed over or installed on the live server.
  • Any additional work instructed after development has commenced is payable in full upon instruction.

Hosting:

  • To ensure service continuity, payment and renewal of your hosting account must be made before the renewal date. Failure to settle all amounts before the renewal date may result in automatic termination and/or suspension of services.

All Other Training, Consultancy, and Development Services:

  • Full payment is required upon instruction unless otherwise detailed in the quotation or project proposal.

Payments and Payment Methods:

  • All services agreed upon in this CONTRACT shall be sold for the price specified in the QUOTATION.
  • Preferred payment methods are debit or credit card.

Late Payment:

  • Invoices are due upon receipt and, unless otherwise stated, must be paid within 7 days.
  • Failure to make full payment within 7 days allows us to halt work until the project is fully paid.
  • If an invoice remains unpaid 30 days after its due date, JustNovate reserves the right to remove web pages and websites from the Internet and block email accounts until the final payment is made. JustNovate is not responsible for any loss of business this may cause.
  • If an invoice remains unpaid 30 days after the invoice due date, your account may be passed to a debt collection agency without further notice, and you agree to pay all fees incurred by that process.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • JustNovate reserves the right to cancel any agreements by issuing a ‘Notice of Termination of Service’ email if we believe you are contravening our terms.
  • You have the right to terminate agreements by providing 7 days’ notice in writing or email, but upon doing so, you are immediately liable for all outstanding charges.
  • If work is postponed or cancelled at the CLIENT’s request before work commencement, the CLIENT forfeits any deposit or pre-payment.
  • Upon termination, you are liable for all outstanding fees, including software, extensions, scripts, images, or other items or services purchased for the project.
  • The CLIENT assumes responsibility for all collection of legal fees necessitated by default in payment.

Discounts:

  • Any discounts offered are deductible and applied to your account if invoices are paid before the due date. Payment after the due date voids any offered discounts, and the full invoice amount becomes payable.
